3.0D x 64mm High Strength Nylon Staple Fiber is a high-tenacity nylon staple fiber designed for applications requiring high fiber strength, abrasion resistance, and good tensile performance. The "3.0D" indicates a relatively coarse fiber fineness, providing each fiber with high tensile capacity, suitable for processing into durable yarns. The "64mm" represents the fiber length, falling into the wool-type fiber range, suitable for wool spinning equipment or long-staple spinning systems. "High Strength" indicates that the fiber has been processed through special techniques to achieve significantly higher breaking strength than standard nylon staple fiber, meeting the stringent mechanical property requirements of industrial and technical textiles.
This fiber is made from nylon 6 or nylon 66 through a high-tenacity spinning process. It retains the inherent excellent properties of nylon material: outstanding abrasion resistance, high elongation at break, good elastic recovery, and strong fatigue resistance. Compared to standard nylon staple fiber, the high-strength product achieves 20% to 30% higher breaking strength while maintaining good flexibility and processability.
The 3.0D coarse fineness gives the fiber better rigidity and compression resistance, making it less prone to breakage during spinning and weaving. The 64mm length makes it suitable for pure spinning on wool equipment or blending with wool and other synthetic staple fibers to produce coarse or medium-count yarns. The fiber typically has a round cross-section with a smooth surface, facilitating carding and drafting in subsequent processing.
High strength nylon staple fiber also offers good alkali resistance and moderate acid resistance, along with good resistance to common chemical solvents and oils, making it suitable for use in demanding environments.

This 100% nylon high-tenacity staple fiber, enhanced with nano-ceramics, delivers exceptional mechanical strength coupled with superior heat absorption, making it ideal for industrial textiles requiring high-temperature resistance and impact protection.
Total heat nylon fiber incorporates nano ceramic material that absorbs the sun's high-energy band (0.3 to 2.0 um energy accounting for 95%) and converts it into heat energy, while reflecting nearly 100% of the human body's low energy band (10 microns wavelength).

Industrial Sewing Thread
High strength nylon staple fiber is an ideal raw material for industrial sewing thread. Yarns made from this fiber offer high strength, abrasion resistance, and repeated tensile resistance, suitable for sewing heavy materials such as canvas, leather, safety belts, and filter bags.
Technical Fabrics
Suitable for conveyor belt base fabrics, filter fabrics, geotextiles, and reinforced composite fabrics. The high strength characteristic allows the fabric to withstand significant tensile and tear stress, extending product service life.
Ropes and Cords
Nylon's inherent elasticity and high strength make it a common material for ropes, tie-down straps, climbing ropes, and tow ropes. The 3.0D x 64mm specification produces yarns with moderate hand feel, reliable strength, and good weather resistance.
Carpets and Tufted Products
Used in automotive carpets, commercial modular carpets, door mats, and similar products. Nylon staple fiber offers significantly better abrasion resistance than polyester and polypropylene, and the high strength version further improves tuft lock and durability of tufted products.
Brush Filaments and Industrial Brushes
The 3.0D coarse fineness is suitable for brush filaments in industrial brushes, cleaning brushes, and conveyor belt sweep brushes. Nylon's high elasticity and abrasion resistance ensure that the brush filaments resist deformation and breakage under repeated bending and friction.
Automotive and Railway Interiors
Used in automotive seat fabrics, headliner fabrics, door panel coverings, trunk liners, and similar applications. Nylon staple fiber's abrasion resistance and tensile properties meet the durability requirements of automotive interiors, and the high strength version helps improve fabric tear strength.
Protective Products
Suitable for raw materials in protective fabrics such as abrasion-resistant gloves, knee pads, and elbow pads. High strength nylon staple fiber enhances the fabric's abrasion and tear resistance, extending the service life of protective products.
